We are a CT based Build to order shop
focused on Transducer design and manufacturing.
Our President, Thomas Leveille has worked in the ultrasonic transducer industry for almost 40 years. Beginning with Harisonic Laboratories in Stamford, CT in the 70's while attending Rochester Institute of Technology, Tom branched out on his own in the 90's. Tom's unique skill set of being both a craftsmen and a scientist have allowed him to understand the physical limitations of a probes capabilities while providing him the insight of how to maximize the performance of each individually made probe. Our small but dedicated staff consists of individuals with a wide array of skill sets and many decades of combined experiences.
TLC Ultrasound recently upgraded its facilities and relocated to the Bleachery at 143 West Street in New Milford.  The fully restored 130,000 SF Historic Mill Building, originally built in 1930, is 1/2 mile south of New Milford town green and rests upon the banks of the Housatonic River inlet by Lake Lillinonah. The building features ceilings as high as 24 feet, 12 foot tall operating windows and wood-plank floors.
The unique combination of piezoelectric crystals bonded to a tungsten and epoxy substrate set into stainless steel housings requires a wide range of manufacturing applications. TLC Ultrasound has created a state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing facility consisting of the latest CNC cutting equipment along with the most modern computerized transducer test systems.
